Patch 0.19: Brockhart, the Crystal Warden

New champion: Brockhart

"I am not moving. You can go around."

Long before the rot, a badger dug too deep beneath the old keep and broke into a cave of violet crystal. He had a shard forged into a greatblade and swore to guard the Grove's last standing walls. Brockhart is not fast, clever or subtle, and none of that has ever mattered.

Juggernaut · Crystal · Melee · no mana

• Grit (passive): if he has not been hurt by champions, turrets or epic monsters for 7 seconds, he regenerates 1.5% to 10.1% of his max health every 5 seconds (by level).
• Hush Swat (Q): shakes off every slow and gains 30% move speed. His next attack within 4.5 s hits harder and silences the target for 1.5 s.
• Stubborn Hide (W): every kill gives 0.5 armor and magic resist (up to 30). Activate to take 30% less damage for 2 to 5 s; for the first 0.75 s he also gets a shield and 60% tenacity.
• Crystal Whirl (E): spins for 3 s, hitting everything nearby 7 times (more with bonus attack speed). The nearest enemy takes 25% more, and a champion hit 6 times loses 25% armor. Recast to stop early.
• Last Verdict (R): a giant greatblade falls on an enemy champion for true damage plus 20% to 30% of their missing health.

Razzle

• Razzle now throws small copies of his saw with every attack, and holds the same saws in his hands.
• Step Aside (E) now throws two saws side by side, filling the full width of the ability.
